AIM OF DESIRE FOOTBALL CLUB
The overall aim of Desire Academy Football Club is to train, groom, and mentor young football players who desire to play in the next level or the professional level and match them up with different professional football teams across the globe.
VISION
By the year 2026, Desire Academy Football Club will be one of the world’s leading football academies in the development and recruitment of young talented football players. We will be one of the leading players in football development in terms of player wellness, fitness and education in Ghana and throughout the world.

To develop and mentor young talented football players for global exposure

We have enlisted seven (7) core values that we believe are very essential in creating and developing a football player who we believe can succeed on and off the field as a professional player. These CORE values are: RESPECT, HUMILITY, POSITIVE COMPETITIVENESS, HARD WORK, DEDICATION, RESPONSIBILITY AND PUNCTUALITY.
WHY WAS DESIRE FOOTBALL CLUB FOUNDED ?
Desire Football Club was established by former Boston University Men’s Soccer Team Captain and Ex Major League Soccer (MLS) (Houston Dynamo) player Sammy Appiah in 2015 to promote and provide football training, education and advise to young football players with professional ambition in an exceptional learning and sporting environment.
